Refund policy

• Fat Associates have a wide variety of Goods to choose from so please take care when ordering Goods.
• After placing an Order please review the Goods ordered carefully and contact us immediately if You believe a mistake has been made.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This does not exclude or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
• If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact mybig@fatass.au with your order number and photographs where relevant. Fat Associates will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Where the product is confirmed to have a fault, damage or fulfilment error, Fat Associates will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.
• All requests for returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Fat Associates invoice or proof of purchase.
• Fat Associates reserves the right to use their nominated courier for returned Goods at the expense of the Buyer and any refunds granted will be made in the same mode as original payment for the Goods was received unless otherwise determined by Fat Associates.
